At Simple Home Plus, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Return Authorization: Customers must obtain a return authorization by contacting Support@simplehomeplus.com before sending items back. 
  • .Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Damage Reporting: Damages must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the item.
  • Photographic Evidence: We may require photographic evidence of the damage to process the claim.
  • Right to Repair: We reserve the right to repair damaged items before offering an exchange, replacement, or refund.

3. exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at Support@simplehomeplus.com and we will guide you through the process.

  • Exchange Requests: Must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Refund Processing Time: Typically within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, clearance items, and custom orders are non-refundable.

5. shipping cost

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include custom-made products, mattress foundations and bases, pillows, and items on sale or clearance.

Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
